Refunds for a Purchase Made Before a Sale

We understand it can feel unfair if something you have purchased at full price goes on sale shortly after. We try to keep our regular prices as affordable as possible and let our newsletter subscribers know about upcoming sales. In most cases, you can claim the purchase of our products on your tax return. As our products are digital downloads, we can only provide refunds in the case of duplicate purchases or if we can see you have not yet downloaded the product. You are not able to "return" products you have already downloaded.
