Lifetime Licenses for Larger Organizations, School Districts, and Universities

All Adventures in Speech Pathology (AISP) products are licensed for single use only. However, we do not want this to prohibit larger organizations, large school districts, and university programs from using AISP products, particularly our handbook products. Lifetime licensing is licensing for 20 or more users.

Our aim with lifetime licensing is to ensure that speech-language pathologists worldwide have access to exceptional resources while maintaining fair licensing practices.

Large Organizations and School Districts

Lifetime licensing is for organizations or school districts who have 20 or more clinicians who will be using the AISP products.

University Programs

We love the idea that university programs would want to use AISP products with their students. The flat fee "Lifetime License" for products ensures universities can own AISP products and use them with students as they move through their studies.

The fee reflects the nature of how they will be used and the number of students that may have access to them at any one time. We want to tailor each license to meet each university's needs; therefore, we ask that you complete our online order form HERE (for Speech Sound Handbooks order HERE) or contact us HERE. We will need to know which products you are interested in (links from the website would be preferred if you are emailing us your order) and how many students, on average, are enrolled in your program at any one time.

What We Need from Organizations, School Districts and Universities

Part of the lifetime licensing agreement is an understanding that the employer, organization, or university will follow the terms of use and ensure that employees/students do not take an unlawful copy of AISP digital or physical products with them as they leave the workplace or university program. Some of the safeguards we often discuss with organizations include:

password protected access to the online/shared drive the products are save on and only accessible by senior staff or faculty members
a clear understanding that employees or students will not take copies of the products, just like they would not take a laptop, iPad or company owned therapy materials from the workplace or university program. All physical copies must be returned to the organization and digital copies deleted from personal devices
printed and bound copies are accessible by staff
PDFs may not be saved to personal devices

Terms of Use

It is standard practice that when employees leave a workplace, they return any equipment or resources they were given as part of their role. Items such as iPads, computers, therapy materials and assessment kits.

Adventures in Speech Pathology has similar terms of use.

The organization that pays for the lifetime licenses owns the materials, not the employee they were loaned to.
