Making Electronic Payments: United States

Recent updates to global banking regulations and shifts in how international payments are handled has meant that Australian banks have moved away from checks and now require electronic transfers for overseas payments.

As a result, Adventures in Speech Pathology (AISP) is unable to accept checks as payment.

AISP is able to accept electronic payments from the United States in two ways: ACH Transfer (Preferred) or Domestic Wire.

ACH Transfer (Preferred) Domestic Wire
  1. Log in to your organization's online business banking
  2. Navigate to 'Payments' → 'ACH' (Or 'Make a payment' → 'ACH Credit/External Transfer')
  3. Add a new payee using the AISP bank details
  4. Payment type: ACH Credit (CCD or PPD)
  5. Enter the payment amount (USD)
  6. Reference/Memo: Include PO # and/or Invoice #
  7. Submit and save payment confirmation
  8. Email remittance to support
