We do not have access to the back end of the TPT store. Any questions about invoicing or purchases can be directed to TPT Customer Support. They are usually quick to respond.

You can ask product related questions through the TPT website by going to the product you are interested in and scrolling down to the "Description" section. You will see a Q&A tab - click on this and ask a question.
