Accessing Product Updates

As Rebecca and the Adventures in Speech Pathology (AISP) team updates current products, the updated versions will become available in the "My Account > Downloads" section of the website store.

If you cannot download or see the update, the issue may be due to the cookies in your browser.

We recommend clearing your cookies, and then reloading your "Downloads" page. If you are on TPT, the same procedure should work. Clear cookies then reload the TPT "My Purchases" page.

How do I delete cookies?

  • On a Windows based Personal Computer (PC) press Ctrl + Shift + Del at the same time on your keyboard
  • On a Mac press Command + Shift + Del at the same time
  • On an iPad - follow the link HERE

Multiple Licensed Products

If you have multiple licenses for an updated product, please contact us HERE to have the updated versions added to your Google Drive folder.
