Duplicate Purchases: What To Do If You Accidentally Order Two Copies of a Product

This happens from time to time! Don't worry! We can cancel the duplicate order and refund any payment that has been taken.

Do not download both copies - we will not be able to issue a refund if you have downloaded both items.

  • Email us HERE and we will organize a refund for the duplicate item for you as soon as possible.
  • The refund will be processed through PayPal. It may take 1-2 business days for the money to show up in your account. 
  • You will need to download the item you have purchased from the original order receipt. Access to the purchased item will be available only from the original order.
  • You can access your downloads by logging in to your account. Find how to do that HERE.
